What an awesome hike

Today I did the Squaw Valley Mountain Run. It was 3.6 miles 2000′ climb. I jogged until we started going up and then I found I could walk faster than I could run. It was a beautiful day and the scenery was great. I feel good!!!

I have a simple treadmill. It doesn’t have electric adjustment for elevating. So I set the pins to the steepest I can make it and walk at 4mph for 5 minutes then I jog at 5 mph for 1:15 then recover for one minute at 3.8 mph and one minute at 4mph and repeat [...]
