I’m back…I think
It’s been 3 weeks that I’ve slacked off. One week rest after the half. Then I ran a little, but it didn’t feel very good. And last week I had a goofy schedule at work, and said, “To heck with it.” I did get my master bathroom painted though. (does all that climbing up and down the ladder count?) Four miles today didn’t feel too bad.
I’ve decided to get off my butt, and teach an aerobics class, after the 1st of the year. I also opened my big mouth about it, to some friends, so I won’t wimp out.
We live in the middle of no where. The closest gym is twenty miles away. Our community is kind of poor, I don’t know what kind of turn out I will get. I thought if I offered it with no fee, and put a tip jar out maybe more people would come. I could use the tips to buy music and pay for gas. I’m really doing it for purley selfish reasons. I’m tired of working out alone. LOL

You seem to have a “get it done” attitude. That is great. I hope things go well with you and the aerobics class. As an added note, spending time with family is very precious to me. My daughter is in her last year of junior high. I want to be a positive influence as much as possible. Running or walking with her (This is totally her idea) is such a blessing. The days she and I spend together I will always cherish the rest of my life. Have a great day!

I have to say that taking a rest break from running is good for you mentally and physically. Good luck with the aerobics and reaching your goals!
