Cathe Friedrich’s work out Imax2 has great plyometric intervals. I was actually able to get through the whole work out today. This make me happy.

Well, I had my first “race” since last April. It was 5 miles around a beautiful mountain lake. I’ve been doing distance but no “speed work”. I’ve been doing intervals uphill on the treadmill. I’ve been weight training. I guess it just wasn’t quiet enough. My time was 46:06. [...]
