“sprints”
Rode my bike 5 miles up the hill to the school. Ran 10 1 hundred meter “sprints”. I must look rediculous, but I’m determined to get faster. Just taking baby steps. My quads are so sore from last week I was doing good to get er done. Rode my bike 5 miles back down the hill to home and did upper body stenght training
