Thank Goodness this week is over

My poor old fat legs took a beating this week. I so want to be a “stud” and run oodles of miles like some of you. I know it’s going to take time, and I am determined to get there. I’m feeling stronger everyday, and think I’m finally over that horrible slump I was in. Thanks for this website and for all the post from community. It really helps keep me encouraged.
