Walk - 0.5 hours - 06/17/2008

I have a simple treadmill. It doesn’t have electric adjustment for elevating. So I set the pins to the steepest I can make it and walk at 4mph for 5 minutes then I jog at 5 mph for 1:15 then recover for one minute at 3.8 mph and one minute at 4mph and repeat until my 30 minutes is up. It seems to be helping strenghten my glutes which is making my runs easier. I read a runnersworld article that you could lose more weight by adding some hills, and a little more milage a week. I’m hoping this works for me. I sure like to eat.
